What is Body Age, and how does Cozy Squad estimate it?

Body Age is a single number that sums up how old your body is acting compared with your calendar age. In Cozy Squad it sits next to your Ready score on the dashboard behind the Readiness Orb.
What it’s built from
Body Age looks at eight contributors from Apple Health: cardio fitness, resting heart rate, sleep, sleep regularity, steps, zone 2 minutes, vigorous minutes and strength. Each one is scored against a published target and turned into years, with overlap between contributors damped so nothing counts twice. The total moves your calendar age up or down.
Why it only changes weekly
Ready changes every morning. Body Age changes slowly, so Cozy Squad updates it once a week from the four full weeks before Monday. That keeps one bad night from making you “older” and makes the trend easier to read. It needs about a week of data before it appears.
Always labeled an estimate
Body Age is an estimate, and the app always says so. The squad only brings it up when it’s the reason for a change in your plan. Think of it as a nudge for your habits, not a diagnosis.
