What is a readiness score? Inside Cozy Squad’s Ready score

A readiness score answers one question first thing in the morning: how ready is your body for today? In Cozy Squad it’s called Ready, a number from 0 to 100 that sits in the Readiness Orb above the squad.
What goes into Ready
Ready is built from what your body did overnight: your sleep, your heart rate variability (HRV) and your resting heart rate, read from Apple Health. Every number is compared with your own usual, the baseline from your recent weeks, never with a population average. A 31 ms HRV can be a great night for one person and a low one for another.
Ready, Steady or Rest
The score lands in one of three bands. Ready means your numbers look like your good days. Steady means keep the plan, but don’t chase records. Rest means your body is asking for an easier day. The score holds all day, so your plan doesn’t flip-flop by lunch.
What the squad does with it
Ready is where the morning briefing starts. On a low morning, Mochi might point out that your HRV is under your normal range, BOOM BOOM turns leg day into a walk and mobility, and Mochi moves bedtime earlier. Each change comes with its chart and waits for your answer.
Ready is an estimate for planning your day, not a medical measurement. If something feels off, talk to a doctor.
