BIO-TI: the MBTI for your body, explained

BIO-TI is the MBTI for your body. Instead of four letters, you get an animal: one of eight body types, from the Bison to the Raccoon. It’s quick, a little unhinged and made to share with friends.
How it reads you
Connect Apple Health and BIO-TI reads what it can from your recent data. If Health is thin, or you’d rather not connect it, ten quick scenario questions fill in the rest. “Your alarm goes off at 6am. You…” is one of them. The whole thing takes about 90 seconds.
Four axes, eight animals
Your answers place you on four axes: power or endurance, fast or slow recovery, morning or night, and steady or burst energy. Each animal wants three of those poles. The Otter is fast recovery, morning and burst (“Zooms, naps, zooms again. All before noon.”), while the Owl is endurance, night and steady (“Runs on moonlight and a very strict routine.”).
Buddies, chaos and share cards
Every animal has a best squad buddy, the one to train with, and a chaos match it shares nothing with. Share your card as a Story or a square, send the quiz to a friend and see your duo: “Bison × Otter: You’d destroy a hike, then argue about brunch.”
Meet all eight on the body types page at cozysquad.com/body-types, then join the waitlist to find yours.
